Where are Nativly products made?
Nativly creates place-inspired collections and uses production partners to print and fulfill products when they are ordered. We do not claim local manufacturing unless a specific product page says so.
When will my order ship?
Production starts after checkout. The available shipping method and cost are shown at checkout. Tracking is sent when the order ships.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Because items are made when ordered, returns and exchanges may be limited. Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items should be reported to support@nativly.store with photos and the order number.
How do sizes fit?
Please check the size guide before ordering. If you are between sizes or prefer an oversized fit, review the garment measurements before choosing.
Are you a local Nantucket or Carmel shop?
Nativly creates place-inspired collections for towns people love. We do not claim local ownership or local manufacturing for Nantucket, Carmel, or any other place unless that is specifically verified and stated.
Will you make designs for other places?
Yes. Nativly is built as an atlas of place-pride collections. Use Submit a Town to suggest the next place and the details people who know it would recognize.
