NATIVLY
Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 6, 2026
NATIVLY respects the privacy of customers, visitors, and people who contact the store. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how to contact us with privacy questions. This policy applies to nativly.store and to orders, account activity, support requests, and storefront communications handled through the site.
Information We Collect
We collect the information needed to operate the store and fulfill orders. This may include your name, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address, order details, account login details, support messages, product selections, cart activity, and any details you submit through forms such as contact, newsletter, or place-request forms.
When you place an order, payment information is processed by our payment provider and related WooCommerce payment tools. NATIVLY does not need to store full card numbers in WordPress. We may receive payment status, transaction identifiers, fraud-screening signals, and limited billing details needed to manage the order.
How We Use Information
We use customer information to process orders, calculate taxes and shipping, send order confirmations and tracking updates, provide customer support, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain site security, improve the shopping experience, and comply with accounting, tax, and legal obligations.
If you sign up for emails or submit a place request, we may use the information you provide to respond, send updates, or understand demand for future collections. You can ask us to stop non-transactional emails at any time.
Sharing With Service Providers
We share information only when needed to run the store. That can include hosting providers, WooCommerce and WordPress tools, payment processors, production and fulfillment partners, shipping carriers, email providers, fraud-prevention services, analytics providers if enabled, and professional advisors. These providers should use the information only for the services they perform for NATIVLY.
Cookies And Similar Technologies
The site uses cookies and similar technologies for cart, checkout, account login, security, preferences, and basic store functionality. If analytics, advertising, or social tools are enabled, they may also use cookies or similar identifiers. See the Cookie Policy for more detail.
Analytics, Advertising, And Launch Measurement
NATIVLY may use analytics and advertising measurement tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads conversion tags, Meta Pixel and Conversions API, TikTok Pixel and Events API, Microsoft Clarity, WooCommerce Analytics, and similar store-performance tools. These tools help us understand launch traffic, referral sources, product views, cart activity, checkout starts, purchases, campaign performance, and storefront usability.
Analytics and advertising tools may process device and browser information, approximate location, pages viewed, referring URLs, campaign parameters, click identifiers, cart and order event details, and similar usage information. Server-side conversion tools may receive hashed contact identifiers, order totals, product IDs, IP address, user agent, event IDs, and attribution details so purchases can be measured reliably without storing full payment card details in WordPress.
Microsoft Clarity, if enabled, is limited to public browsing pages and should not be loaded on cart, checkout, account, or order pages. We use it to understand layout issues, navigation patterns, and areas where the shopping experience can be improved.
You can use browser controls to limit cookies, and NATIVLY provides an analytics notice with an opt-out control for non-essential launch measurement. Opting out may not disable essential cart, checkout, security, fraud-prevention, or payment-processing cookies.
Data Retention
We keep order records, payment status records, tax records, support history, and account records for as long as needed to operate the store, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and maintain accurate business records. We may delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed.
Your Choices
You can contact us to ask about the personal information connected to your order or account, request a correction, ask for deletion where available, or raise a privacy concern. Some information may need to be retained for order, fraud-prevention, tax, security, or legal reasons.
Security
We use reasonable technical and operational safeguards for the store, including secure checkout tools and access controls. No website or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so please use a strong password and contact us quickly if you believe your account or order information has been misused.
Children
NATIVLY is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
